I found this course to be very insightful.
This was eye opening for me. Upon starting this training I had the same fear-based beliefs, but I didn't realize that was what it was. The examples used that we do every day are harm reduction without even realizing it. Makes sense and find myself questioning myself as to why I felt that way in the first place. I am so grateful to my supervisor for having us take this training. Just takes the compassion I have for people to a whole new level and desire to reach more people. Thank you for this!
