Racial Equity Learning Series

People of color are disproportionately impacted by homelessness. Learn why and what we can do about it.

Courses in the learning series cover the historical and structural causes of racial disparities in homelessness to examining the data on racial disparities to taking action to address those disparities. And while the content varies across courses, the Learning Series as a whole is designed to help you better understand how all of the pieces of the puzzle fit together to build a more equitable response to homelessness across communities.

This course is intended for homeless services providers or staff in related fields, such as healthcare, criminal justice, recovery, disaster response, child welfare, government, and many others, or for anyone who'd like to learn more about why homelessness disproportionately impacts people of color and what we can do about it.
