Description
Street outreach is a vital part of the homeless response system. Outreach connects people who are living unsheltered with resources, housing opportunities, and medical care. So street outreach saves lives. But it can’t really move the needle on ending homelessness unless it’s part of a systemic, coordinated, housing-focused effort. This course outlines specific actions leaders and outreach staff (or anyone who would like to work in outreach) can take to integrate street outreach effectively into a systemic homeless response.
Anyone enrolled in any Center for Learning course is invited to a live online office hour every month. Some office hours are opportunities to ask questions about material in our courses; others focus on emerging issues or specific populations.
We offer a variety of discounts: see our FAQ page. Questions? Email [email protected].
